In the first game, the Mallards had a lead of 5:3 after three innings, but lost it as the Raiders scored five runs in the fourth inning, nailing the final score at 8:7.

In the second game, the Mallards gave up another 5-run inning, this time in the second. Despite focused play and several runners in scoring position, the game went to the hosts with 5:3.
